1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the distribution of franchise units under the brand name IT Skills Educational Institute based in Uttar Pradesh, India. By becoming a franchisee, you agree to abide by the terms mentioned below.

2. Franchise Eligibility

• The applicant must be at least 21 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Must possess minimum infrastructure as per company standards.
• Should have a clean legal and financial record.

3. Territory Rights

The company grants a non-exclusive right to operate within a defined territory. Territory exclusivity is subject to agreement terms and performance metrics.

4. Franchise Fee & Payments

• An initial non-refundable franchise fee is required as per the agreement.
• Ongoing royalty or service fees will be charged monthly or quarterly.
• Late payments will attract interest as specified in the agreement.

5. Branding and Marketing

The franchisee must use the name, logo, trademarks, and promotional materials provided or approved by the franchisor. Unauthorized use or modification is prohibited.

6. Training and Support

The franchisor will provide initial training and periodic support to ensure quality standards. Franchisees are required to attend all training sessions organized by the head office.

7. Operational Guidelines

• Franchisee must follow all operational standards and SOPs provided by the franchisor.
• Any changes in curriculum or pricing must be pre-approved in writing.

8. Confidentiality

The franchisee shall maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, training materials, and operational knowledge shared by the franchisor.

9. Termination

The franchisor reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of:

• Breach of contract terms
• Non-performance or repeated complaints
• Misuse of brand identity

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All legal matters arising under this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Amendments

The franchisor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Franchisees will be notified in advance of any such changes.
